Quick relief from sports-related knee pain
Jumperband is the most versatile innovation against knee pain and tendon disorders. It is ideal for relieving pain caused by the patellar tendinitis (jumper's knee) during sports. The special material known from flossing adapts perfectly to the knee structure. It effectively combines the properties of flossing and the well-known patella bandage, and is very comfortable to wear. There are no limits to the freedom of movement.
By applying pressure to the anterior patella tendon, subjective pain and instability can be relieved or even completely eliminated. In combination with special exercises, a guarantee for pain-free sporting activities.
Even in the case of tennis elbow, the Jumperband helps to relieve the tendon attachments in the elbow and ensures that movements can be performed without pain.
The Jumperband comfort offers even more stability and safety and is therefore the perfect partner for post-operative training and for returning to sports after knee surgery. No matter whether the cruciate ligament, meniscus, the inner or outer ligament is torn, together with an effective training program, the JB comfort stabilizes the knee without restricting the work of the muscles, so that they can be optimally rebuilt.
In a runner's knee, the Jumperband run relieves the inflamed tendon attachment on the outside of the knee joint and makes jogging painless.
Patellar tendinopathy (jumpers knee) is a source of anterior knee pain, characterised by pain localised to the inferior pole of the patella.
Pain is aggravated by loading and increased with the demand on the knee extensor musculature, notably in activities that store and release energy in the patellar tendon. Jumpers knee is primarily a condition of athletes, who participate in sports such as basketball, volleyball, athletic jump events, tennis, and football, which require repetitive loading of the patellar tendon.
Tennis elbow or lateral epicondylitis is a condition in which the outer part of the elbow becomes sore and tender at the lateral epicondyle. The forearm muscles and tendons become damaged from repetitive overuse.
It caused by overuse, like jumpers knee. Not surprisingly, playing tennis or other racquet sports can cause this condition. However, several other sports and activities can also put you at risk. Also at jobs, where permanent the same motion sequences repeats is the tennis elbow very common, like for example in craftsmen, musicans or office jobs.
The runner's knee is an irritant condition on the outside of the knee joint. Affected runners often complain of pain in the knee joint, which typically occurs on the outside and only after a certain amount of running.
The cause can be overloading or incorrect loading. The runner's knee is favored by a muscular imbalance (shortened musculature), malposition of the leg axes (especially bow legs), foot malformations (flat splay foot, hollow foot) or incorrect running shoes.
